I am CPR/First Aid certified, a non-smoker, and have a clean driving record. I mostly helped in the infant and toddler rooms. Lastly, I worked at a daycare with children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Also, I frequently babysit for a family with three boys (8, 6, and 4 years old), while the parents have a date night. I picked them up from school, helped with homework, worked on crafts, played board games, took them to practice, and prepared dinner (ages: 6, 8, and 12). She let my kid explore and taught him what was going on so he could naturally picked up the words and languages. This was very important to me because my boy just started crawling. She is always there for your baby, not on her mobile for second. Everyday she explained how the day was with my eight month old kid. Because of her respect, everything went so smoothly.
She respects my kid, our family and the ground rules of our own. Sometimes, caregiver comes a little bit late which can be mass for mom's schedule especially for working moms, but she was always on time which made my life so much easier She is always on time which I appreciate. Not only she provides perfect and safe care-giving, she is a great educator for your kids regardless of ages.
